Laurie Marshall is a trademark attorney with over 15 years of experience. Laurie obtained both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor Degrees from Hofstra University. She worked for several well-known trademark firms in NYC as well as in-house counsel for Major League Baseball for close to ten years.
Laurie handles a broad range of intellectual property matters, including international and domestic trademark prosecution, counseling clients regarding trademark clearance, trademark enforcement, licensing advice, negotiation and drafting of agreements and opposition practice.
